Domino’s Pizza Group to repurchase up to £70 million of shares

ALN

Domino’s Pizza Group PLC said that from Tuesday until June 30, 2024, it will commence a discretionary program to repurchase up to £70 million of its shares.

The Milton Keynes-based pizza delivery master franchiser in the UK and Ireland said the maximum number of shares that may be purchased under the programme is about 35.7 million.

The company said it has appointed its broker Numis Securities Ltd to manage the programme and has issued an irrevocable instruction to Numis to continue to manage the programme within pre-set parameters, during any closed period.

The purpose is to reduce its share capital, and it intends to cancel the repurchased shares.

Shares in Domino’s were up 1.7% at 392.80p each in London on Tuesday late morning.
