Calculus VCT PLC - London-based venture capital trust - Intends to launch prospectus offer of new shares for subscription in the 2023-24 tax year to raise up to £10 million. Says the offer will have an over-allotment facility. If utilised, this raise up to an additional £10 million, resulting in a total fundraise of £20 million. Says full details of the offer are expected to be published in a prospectus in September. Calculus VCT currently has a £42.5 million market capitalisation.
