Dar Global PLC on Wednesday said that it has partnered with Missoni to launch Marea, interiors by Missoni, an exclusive residential development project in the south of Spain. The luxury international real estate developer valued the project at €70 million gross development value, bringing the group’s Spanish portfolio to €350 million. This is Dar Global’s second partnership with Missoni, the luxury Italian fashion house. The project is for 18,500 square metres of development. Its estimated completion date is June 2027. The project is set to deliver a range of prime two, three and four-bed apartments, situated in the immediate vicinity of the Finca Cortesin hotel and golf club. ‘We are thrilled to be partnering with world-renowned fashion brand Missoni and to deliver exclusive residences in the highly desirable location of Cortesin in the South of Spain,’ said Dar Chief Executive Officer Ziad El Chaar. He added: ‘The launch of Tierra Viva in June this year has seen strong demand from our customers across Europe, the Middle East and Asia and consequently, we are excited to provide the market with a second new and exciting luxury living development in the region.’ Dar Global shares were trading 0.1% higher at $3.70 each in London on Wednesday afternoon.
