Hammerson PLC - London-based property development and investment company - Issues £100 million bonds as part of existing £200 million bonds maturing 2028 due to demand for its fixed securities. This issue will result in an outstanding notional of GBB300 million. Says the new bonds will be placed with an existing large institutional investor. Separately, also launches tender offers for £350 million 3.5% bonds due 2025, and £300 million 6% bonds due 2026.
