British Smaller Companies VCT PLC - venture capital truss managed by YFM Equity Partners - Reports an unchanged net asset value of 83.7 pence in the quarter to June 30 compared to the previous quarter, and against the 0.4% fall in the FTSE Small Cap Index during the period. Says total return at June 30 was unchanged at 258.6 pence per share. Notes during the quarter, it invested £2.6 million into Workbuzz, an employee insights and engagement settlement platform and £0.8 million into Relative Insight. Also realised its investment in Ncam in April, generating initial proceeds of £1.4 million. Further, British Smaller Companies VCT2 PLC reports net asset value fell to 57.95p at June 30 compared to 61.6p at December 31, 2022. Notes total return increased by 0.1p to 142.7p per share. Declares third interim dividend of 1.5p per share in respect of the year ending December 31 2023, which brings total dividends paid in the current financial year to 5.25p per share.
