Alpha Real Trust Ltd - Guernsey-based property-finance investor - Says net asset value per share at June 30 is 216.2 pence, down 0.3% from 216.8p at March 31. Basic earnings for the quarter ended June 30 are 2.1p per share, compared to 1.1p per share in the financial year which ended March 31, while adjusted earnings in the first quarter were 2.0p per share compared to 7.7p per share in financial 2023. Declares a quarterly dividend of 1.0p per share, unchanged from a year before. Adds it has the authority to buy back 15% of its share capital for a total of 8.7 million shares. Notes no shares have been bought back yet. Its current ordinary share capital is 66.2 million. Looking ahead, says it remains ‘committed’ to growing its investment portfolio.
