Northern Venture Trust PLC - Further to the announcement made by the company on September 18, in conjunction with Northern 2 VCT PLC and Northern 3 VCT PLC, confirms that its offer for subscription is now open to applications. The offer will remain open until March 28 2024, unless fully subscribed at an earlier date. There will be a first allotment on December 7, and to be allocated shares in the first allotment, funded applications must be received by close of business November 30.
