UK Commercial Property REIT Ltd - UK-focused commercial property investor - Net asset value per share at June 30 half-year end grows 1.8% to 81.1 pence from 79.7p at the end of December. Property portfolio delivers 3.9% total return, outperformed its MSCI benchmark, which registered no growth. UK Commercial Property lifts its total half-year dividend by 9.7% to 1.70p per share from 1.55p. ‘I am cautiously optimistic that the strength of UKCM’s portfolio and its robust, growing income will ensure it performs well over the longer term and is well positioned as the macroeconomic outlook improves,’ Chair Peter Gray says.
