Shearwater Group PLC - London-headquartered cybersecurity services provider - Announces appointment of Adam Hurst as interim chief financial officer on an initial six-month contract. Outgoing CFO Paul McFadden will remain for a transition period. Hurst will join Shearwater’s board in due course. He previously was CFO at Yell Ltd from January 2021 to June this year. Other former roles include divisional CFO at Entertainment One Ltd from 2015 to 2018, and group financial controller at Tate & Lyle PLC. Chair David Williams says Shearwater is ‘delighted...to have secured the services of such an experienced chief financial officer’.
