IN BRIEF: Instem shares fall back as Archimed says offer is final

Instem PLC - Staffordshire, England-based provider of IT services to life sciences market - Takeover offer from funds managed by Archimed SAS is declared final and won’t be increased. Back in August, Instem agreed to an offer from Archimed of 833 pence per share in cash. This values Instem at £203 million in total. Archimed is a specialist healthcare investor registered in Lyon, France, with offices also in New York and Singapore. The court and general meetings to approval the takeover are scheduled for Thursday next week.

Current stock price: 743.00, down 9.1% in London on Friday
