Vodafone Group PLC - Newbury, Berkshire-based telecommunications provider - Says that Vodafone Business division and e& have signed a memorandum of understanding to jointly market, sell and service businesses and public sector organisations to support their digital transformations. e&, or Emirates Telecommunications Group Company PJSC, is a United Arab Emirates-based technology and investment company. The memorandum follows a partnership between the two companies announced back in May. Al-Futtaim Group, a Dubai-based conglomerate, will be their first customer, as it looks to expand in new markets. Fanan Henriques, Vodafone Business International and EU-Cluster Director, says: ‘I am delighted that Al-Futtaim Group has chosen the new Vodafone Business and e& partnership to usher in a new era of connectivity. We are a powerful force that can help accelerate the pace of digital transformation for many customers.
