AEW UK REIT PLC - London-based real estate investment trust - Net asset value at September 30 was 106.00 pence per share, down 1.0% from 107.03p at June 30. Delivers positive 0.91% total return for the quarter ended September 30, down from positive 3.36% for the previous quarter. Declares interim dividend of 2.00p per share for the quarter, in line with its target of 8.00p per share total for the current year. Says it purchased a car park asset in York for £10.0 million and a mixed-use asset in Bath for £11.5 million, which Portfolio Manager Laura Elkin says shows ‘significant progress this quarter towards the company’s strategic objective of reinvesting capital... into higher yielding assets in core urban locations.’ Elkin continues: ‘Despite the short-term negative impact on NAV of acquisition costs, these purchases are expected to deliver NAV growth over the medium term.’ Current stock price: 98.90p, down 1.3% in London on Thursday 12-month change: down 1.8% Copyright 2023 Alliance News Ltd.
