Synectics PLC - Sheffield, England-based security and surveillance systems firm - Non-Executive Chair Craig Wilson resigns with immediate effect. Says this is in order to ‘pursue other business interests’. Non-Executive Director Steve Coggins has been appointed as interim non-executive chair.
