Odyssean Investment Trust PLC - London-based investment trust focused on smaller companies - Hires Linda Wilding as new chair, appoints her as an independent non-executive director with effect from October 25. Wilding will be appointed as chair with effect from March 31 2024, as current Chair Jane Tufnell intends to step down on that date as part of Odyssean’s ongoing succession planning. Tufnell has been chair since since the company’s launch in April 2018. Wilding is current a non-executive director at Balanced Commercial PropertyTrust Ltd, Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) C Ltd and Wesleyan Assurance Society. Previous employers include Electra Private Equity PLC, UDG Healthcare PLC and Mercury Asset Management PLC.
