Springfield Properties PLC - Scotland-focused builder of private and affordable housing - Inks new affordable housing contract worth £6.1 million with The Highland Council. Says that the design and build phase will start ‘in the coming weeks’, to be delivered over an 18-month period. Springfield will receive payments on a monthly basis. Chief Executive Officer Innes Smith says: ‘We are pleased to have been awarded this affordable housing contract by The Highland Council, a long-standing partner of the group.
