Ten Lifestyle Group PLC - London-based lifestyle and travel services company - Confirms that Non-Executive Chair Bruce Weatherill has stepped down from the board after six years due to ill health. As previously announced in late June, confirms Non-Executive Director Jules Pancholi will assume role of chair. Also announces that Non-Executive Director Gillian Davies intends to step down at conclusion of annual general meeting in February. Appoints Edward Knapp and Carolyn Jameson as non-executive directors. In June, Ten Lifestyle said Pancholi ‘brings extensive experience in driving value creation through growth, technology and product-market fit’, Ten Lifestyle said, noting prior experience such as being non-executive director of Skyscanner Ltd and chair at Oritain UK Ltd, along with other executive and non-executive positions.
