Sabre Insurance Group PLC - Dorking, England-based motor insurance underwriter - Says Non-Executive Chair Andy Pomfret died on Saturday following an illness. Senior Independent Director Rebecca Shelley becomes acting chair. Pomfret joined the board in 2018 and became chair in September 2020.
