IntegraFin Holdings PLC - London-based firm which owns investment platform Transact - Confirms that Euan Marshall will join the board as chief financial officer on January 3, as previously announced. In early July, online trading platform CMC Markets PLC said Marshall would leave as its CFO to join IntegraFin, remaining until January to ensure an ‘orderly handover’ of his responsibilities once his successor is hired.
