Baronsmead Venture Trust PLC and Baronsmead Second Venture Trust PLC - UK-focused venture capital trusts managed by Gresham House PLC - Publish prospectus for subscription offers to raise £30 million, in addition to a discretion to use over-allotment facilities to raise up to a further £20 million in aggregate. This comes after the trusts announced last week their plans to raise £15 million each in share subscription offer, with an over-allotment facility for up to a further £10 million each. The share offers are expected to be launched at the beginning of December.
