Falanx Cyber Security Ltd - Reading, England-based cybersecurity provider - Plans to change name to Cloudified Holdings Ltd in early December, when it expects to complete the disposals of Falanx Cyber Defence Ltd and Falanx Cyber Technologies Ltd. The sale of the Cyber Security division is approved by Falanx shareholders on Monday. Under its new name, Cloudified Holdings, and ticker, CHL, the company will be an AIM cash shell seeking a reverse takeover.
