Altitude Group PLC - Sheffield-based operator of marketplace for promotional products industry - Non-Executive Director Martin Varley sells 628,334 shares via his wife, Joanne Varley, at average 35.88 pence, worth £225,415, on Wednesday. The sale is split between 50,000 shares at 40.13p and 578,334 shares at 35.51p. Altitude says substantial shareholder Simon Taylor buys 578,334 shares, raising his total to 10.1 million shares, a 14.2% stake. Varley is now interested in 9.4 million shares, a 13.3% stake.
