Alpha Group International PLC - London-based investor - Completes acquisition, announced on September 12, of an 85% stake in Amsterdam-based multibank connectivity platform Financial Transaction Services BV, which trades as Cobase. Alpha has paid the initial consideration of €9.6 million using its existing cash resources. Says the remaining stake will be acquired via a performance-based earn-out between 2025 and 2028.
