CML Microsystems PLC - Essex, England-based company that develops mixed-signal, radio frequency and microwave semiconductors for communications markets - Appoints Mark McCabe as new chief operations officer, effective immediately. McCabe joined CML in 2016 as managing director of its Communications division. He was previously the UK business unit manager for Air Liquide SA and before that, managing director of TT Electronics PLC subsidiary Semelab. CML also promotes Michelle Jones to Director of Finance & Company Secretary. She joined in 2018 as group financial controller and was appointed company secretary in July 2020.
