Inspiration Healthcare Group PLC - Crawley, England-based medical technology company - Appoints Roy Davis as non-executive director & chair designate. Davis will succeed Mark Abrahams, who has been chair since June 2015. Davis will become a non-executive director from January 25 and chair from March 21, when Abrahams will step down. From 2008 to 2016, Davis was CEO of Optos PLC, a retinal imaging device manufacturer. He is currently Non-Executive Chair at LungLife AI PLC, Foster & Freeman, and Rair Health Ltd. Chief Executive Neil Campbell says: ‘Roy’s proven commercial track record, experience and understanding of the med tech sector will be incredibly important to the company as we continue to deliver our strategy.
