Atalaya Mining PLC - critical metals exploration and development company primarily focused on Spanish mining projects - Says shareholders on Tuesday approved the re-domiciliation of the company’s headquarters from Nicosia, Cyprus to Spain, following an extraordinary general meeting in London. All six resolutions concerning the move were passed, with each receiving 98% shareholder approval. Non-Executive Chair Roger Davey says the placement of the company’s operations in Cyprus ‘no longer reflects the company’s geographic and strategic focus’.
