SRT Marine Systems PLC on Thursday said it has raised £500,000 through a retail offer of 1.4 million shares. In December, the Somerset, England-based provider of maritime domain awareness systems and technologies for surveillance, security, safety and environmental protection announced a fundraising of up to £10.5 million, comprising of a subscription, placing and retail offer. SRT said the shares were priced at 35 pence each. The price represents a discount of about 16% to the closing share price of 41.5p on Thursday last week. Shares in SRT were down 1.6% to 37.90p in London on Tuesday afternoon. On Thursday said it has raised £500,000 through a retail offer of 1.4 million shares.
