Gama Aviation PLC - Farnborough, England-based aviation services company - Confirms talks to buy business of Specialist Aviation Services Ltd, a UK-based provider of helicopter emergency medical services and aircraft repairs and maintenance services. Discussions are ‘well advanced’ and expected to conclude ‘within the next few weeks,’ but Gama Aviation notes that the transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals.
