ALN

Made Tech Group PLC on Tuesday said Neil Elton, former chief financial officer of Learning Technologies Group PLC, will replace Debbie Lovegrove as CFO.

The London-based provider of digital, data and technology services to the UK public sector said Elton will start as CFO next Monday and join the board of directors on February 1.

Elton was CFO for Learning Technologies, a London-based digital learning and talent management company, until the end of 2021.

Lovegrove will be step down on Elton’s first day after two years in post. Made Tech said Lovegrove will remain as a full-time adviser to the company until the end of February, but it did not give a reason for her departure.

Chief Executive Officer Rory McDonald said: ‘I am delighted to welcome Neil to Made Tech. He has a wealth of experience in high-growth, technology companies, which will be invaluable to the group, as we focus on the next phase of our growth and build on the progress achieved over the last few years.’

Shares in Made Tech were down 2.0% to 12.25 pence each in London on Tuesday morning.
