Burford Capital Ltd - litigation finance provider with offices in London, New York and elsewhere - Increases size of debt offer to $275.0 million from the $200.0 million announced on Tuesday. The 9.25% senior notes due 2031 will be issued by Burford Capital Global Finance LLC. The additional debt offer will raise the total principal of the 2031 notes to $675.0 million, as $400.0 million already was outstanding. The notes are priced at 103.625% of face value, plus accrued interest from January 1.
