M Winkworth PLC - London-based real estate agency franchisor - Appoints Tara Tan as executive director, effective immediately. Tan previously served as director of legal and business affairs for the company’s subsidiary, Winkworth Franchising Ltd. After spells as a consultant and general counsel, Tan joined the board of Winkworth Franchising in 2020. Winkworth says that Tan will bring ‘strategic and transactional guidance to the business development team and to the day-to-day commercial operations team’. Non-Executive Chair Simon Agace says: ‘Tara represents a fresh approach to helping franchisees manage compliance by combining training with a more aligned compliance team consisting of industry, legal and financial professionals.
