Keystone Law up with revenue and profit set to beat expectations

ALN

Keystone Law Group PLC on Wednesday said that it expects its annual performance to land ahead of both market expectations and its results from last year.

Keystone is a London-based provider of legal services. The company is set to release its results for the financial year ended January 31 on April 18.

Keystone said that a strong second half performance had brought the company ‘slightly ahead’ of current market expectations for the year.

Market expectations for Keystone predict full year revenue of £84.8 million and £10.9 million in adjusted pretax profit.

This would bring Keystone ahead of financial 2023, in which it achieved £75.3 million in revenue and £9.2 million in adjusted pretax profit.

Chief Executive Officer James Knight said: ‘I am delighted to report that Keystone delivered a strong trading performance across the year, further leveraging our unique operating model and market position within the legal profession.

‘Our ongoing financial and operational momentum has been accelerated by a more fertile recruitment environment following the challenges of the last couple of years, and we look forward to building on this performance in the year ahead.’

Shares in the company were up 3.7% at 560.00 pence each in London on Wednesday morning.
