Regional REIT Ltd - Investment trust with a diversified commercial property portfolio in the UK - Declares a dividend of 1.20p for the fourth quarter spanning October to December 31. This compares to a 1.65p dividend for the same quarter in 2022. This latest dividend brings the company’s total dividend for 2023 to 5.25p, down from 6.60p a year prior. The company says that a recent survey of occupation across its office building portfolio revealed a promising return to pre-pandemic levels. The results showed that employees have returned to the office for an average of 4.1 days, and demonstrated 71% active occupation across the company’s portfolio. Pre-pandemic active occupation levels are estimated at around 70%.
