NWF Group PLC - Cheshire, England-based distributor of fuel, food and feed - Confirms that Chief Executive Richard Whiting has retired from the board and from the company, effect from Friday. Accordingly, current Chief Executive Designate Chris Belsham becomes chief executive, also effective on Friday. NWF initially announced Belsham’s appointment and Whiting’s resignation last August. Whiting led NWF for 15 years, while Chris Belsham joined the company in 2017, and was formerly its finance director.
