LMS Capital PLC - London-based investment company net asset value per share on December 31 is 52.2 pence, down 9.5% from 57.7p the year before. Says its overall performance was impacted a £3.5 million reduction in value of its holding in Brockton Fund 1. Chair Robert Rayne says: ‘While we continue to nurture and support all of our investments we see our real estate activities, particularly in retirement living, as being a key area of focus over the next period in establishing a portfolio which can deliver our long-term goal.
