Netcall PLC - Bedford, England-based customer engagement software provider - Secures new £7.6 million five-year contract renewal with an unnamed ‘leading transportation company’. Says the contract is for its Liberty cloud services. It begins on April 1 and represents a £400,000 uplift per year from the original contract. Chief Executive James Ormondroyd says: ‘We are delighted to have the opportunity to continue supporting this customer with their digital strategy for a further five years.
