Gulf Investment Fund PLC - Isle of Man-based investment company focused on countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council - Completes tender offer for 1.2 million shares, equal to 2.9% of the company’s shares in issue on Tuesday. The resulting post-tender offer share capital of Gulf Investment will be 38.9 million shares, above the minimum size condition of 38.0 million shares necessary for the offer to proceed. The tender price will be disclosed by Gulf Investment once the realisation of the tender pool commences, expected on April 16, according to the firm’s original announcement in March.
