Safestore Holdings PLC on Monday said Chief Financial Officer Simon Clinton will join its board on Monday next week. Former CFO Andy Jones will step down from the Hertfordshire, England-based self-storage provider’s board on the same date. Clinton joined Safestore in March, succeeding Jones, who announced his intention to retire back in September. Clinton has been CFO to owner, manager and developer of logistics real estate Logicor Ltd for the last five years.
