Eckoh expands Secure Voice Cloud platform to seven new regions

ALN

Eckoh PLC announced on Wednesday that it has expanded its global Secure Voice Cloud platform footprint, enhancing its availability and geographic reach for its customers.

The London-based provider of secure payment and customer contact products launched a further seven regional points of presence, including its first Asia Pacific Secure Voice Cloud platform in Sydney.

Its cloud delivery programme services a growing demand of global customers, Eckoh said, who are increasingly moving their contact centres to the cloud for benefits such as scalability, flexibility and simpler management.

The expansion puts Eckoh in a strong position to support its growth, which is already estimated to increase to $54.70 billion from $17.1 billion by 2027.

Global IT Director Dave Holliday said: ‘Eckoh is on a mission to set the standard for secure interactions between consumers and the world’s leading brands. We continue to invest in our platforms and technology to not only improve the security and availability of our products, making them the best they can be, but also to ensure we have the right infrastructure in place to support seamless customer engagement.

‘Eckoh has been operating cloud platforms for nearly a decade, and we continue to see increasing demand across our client base for both pure and hybrid cloud solutions. I am pleased to continue to help bring the benefits that cloud adoption offers to both our existing clients and to our ever-expanding new client base.’

Eckoh shares were 0.4% higher at 39.65 pence each in London on Wednesday morning.
