Smartspace Software PLC - Bury St Edmunds, England-based developer of smart software solutions - At court and general meeting, shareholders vote in favour of £28.4 million takeover by Florida-based software company Sign In Solutions Inc, which was agreed and recommended by the Smartspace board last month. Shareholders vote 97% in favour of takeover at both meetings. As a result, the takeover scheme has been approved.
