Henderson International Income Trust PLC - London-based investment company - Says fair value net asset value per share at February 29 rose 2.8% to 175.7 pence from 180.7p at August 31. NAV total return in the first half of its financial year ending August 31 was 5.1%, compared to 3.8% the year before. Says interim dividend grows 3.8% to 3.84p per share from 3.70p per share the previous year. Looking ahead, says it remains ‘hopeful’ that interest rates will decline later in the year leading to an improved investment environment.
