Travis Perkins PLC - Northampton, England-based builders’ merchant - Chair Jasmine Whitbread intends to step down as director and as chair on May 31. The company appoints Senior Independent Director Jez Maiden as interim chair for when Whitbread leaves her role, while the company searches for a permanent successor. Outgoing Chair Whitbread said: ‘It has been a privilege to chair Travis Perkins over the last three years.
