Young & Co’s Brewery PLC - London-based pub chain - Says that trading in the financial year ended April 1 was in line with expectations, while the integration of City Pub Group is progressing well. Young recently agreed to buy City Pub in a cash and shares takeover worth around £162 million. Young on Friday says it will release its annual results on June 19, to allow sufficient time to complete the audit following the acquisition.
