Alternative Income REIT PLC - investor in commercial property assets - Says net asset value at March 31 is 80.6 pence, down 1.2% from 81.6p on December 31. Declares 1.425p third interim dividend, and says it is on track for its full-year target of 5.9p. Adds that its property value on March 31 is £102.6 million, down 0.7% from £103.3 million at December 31. Chair Simon Bennett says: ‘The board is pleased to declare a third interim dividend of 1.425 pence per share for the last quarter, which is 101% covered by earnings.
