Cambria Africa PLC - holding company for firms operating in Zimbabwe, including the Millchem industrial solvent supplier and the Payserv financial services provider - Says it is still not in a position to release its annual results for the financial year ended August 31, 2023. In addition, says it will not be in a position to release its interim results for the six months ending February 28, 2024 to its May 31 deadline. Says shares will remain suspended until financial 2023 are published and the interim results for financial 2024 are announced. Its shares were suspended from trading on AIM on March 31.
