Bank of Georgia Group PLC on Monday confirmed its proposed final dividend for 2023. The Tbilisi, Georgia-based lender proposed a final dividend of ₾4.94, approximately £1.47, per ordinary share. This will bring the total dividend for the year to ₾8.00 per share, representing a 4.6% increase from ₾7.65 paid in 2022. The dividend remains subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming annual general meeting on June 17. Bank of Georgia shares were down 0.7% to 4,905.00 pence each in London on Monday afternoon.
