IN BRIEF: TI Fluid Systems starts last part of €40 million buyback

TI Fluid Systems PLC - Oxford, England-based designer and manufacturer of thermal management and fluid handling systems - Launches the €16.2 million final tranche of the €40 million share buyback programme it had announced back in October. The new buyback will be run by broker Peel Hunt. It will start on Wednesday and end no later than May 13, 2025. TI Fluid Systems says it has completed the €18.8 million second tranche of the programme. In total, the company has bought back 14.2 million shares so far at an average price of 143.52 pence per share for €23.8 million in total. The totals are reported in euros and the average price in pence. TI Fluid Systems will buy back a maximum of 34.7 million shares in total under the programme, a 6.8% stake, and will cancel the shares.
