Frenkel Topping Group PLC - Manchester, England-based professional and financial advisor - Says that Cardinal Management Limited has agreed a partnership with a new NHS Major Trauma Centre at Sheffield Children’s Hospital, taking the total of Major Trauma Centres supported by Cardinal Management to 11. Frenkel Topping bought Cardinal in January 2022. Managing Director Andrew Pemberton says: ‘We are delighted to be able to start supporting patients and families at Sheffield Childrens’s Hospital. This now means that four out of the five children’s MTCs have chosen to work with Cardinal and the Major Trauma Signposting Partnership.
