Verici Dx PLC on Friday celebrated the launch of an interactive patient-focused educational tool, named the Patient Journey, to help kidney transplant patients. According to Verici Dx, which develops advanced clinical diagnostics for organ transplants, the website is a patient-focused education resource, designed to show the kidney transplant patient journey. More specifically, the site is an online tool designed to illustrate a generalised pathway for patients ‘as they consider their kidney healthcare’, and offer a platform for patients to share their own experiences digitally including video clips. ‘We are excited to launch this new section of the website as it directly aligns with our mission to enhance patient care and support. It ensures that patients and caregivers have access to the latest information and best practices for kidney transplant care, and we are confident that it will improve communication between all parties involved in the journey,’ said director of scientific communications, Andrew Silverman.
