Conygar Investment Co PLC - property investment and development group - Notes practical completion of its first phase of student accommodation at the Island Quarter in Nottingham. Says phase was completed on Monday. Adds that the property, which comprises 693 beds, in addition to amenity space, is now under the control of its appointed manager Fresh Property Group and available for occupation.
