Lighthouse Properties PLC - Mauritius-based property investor previously named Lighthouse Capital Ltd - Disposes of 109.1 million shares in Hammerson PLC on market for R 718.5 million on Monday as part of its plan to sell up to 634.5 million Hammerson shares over the next 12 months. Late last month, Lighthouse sold 168.2 million shares in Hammerson on market for R 1.10 billion. Hammerson is a London-based property development and investment company.
